In the Middle East, in our nation, and in many nations around the globe, diverse thriving communities are disintegrating into quarreling camps and even war, as loyalties to theological and political factions win out over loyalties to wider visions and broader hopes. How are we to make sense of what is happening right now in our nation and throughout the world? Is there hope for a truly global community any more? What might be our individual and collective response to this enormous challenge, grounded in our Unitarian Universalist values?

Community Lighthouse Project
Community Church Unitarian Universalist is proud to be part of the Community Lighthouse Project with Together New Orleans.
This project works towards connecting 85 places in the community with solar power and backup batteries. These “lighthouses” help keep people safe and supported during power outages and disasters. CCUU is one of these important hubs!
